How to Access Your Webmail, Change Your Temporary Password, and Set Up Your Email on Devices (c1109919.sgvps.net)

We have recently migrated our legacy email accounts, as we no longer offer email services, to a new server (c1109919.sgvps.net) to improve deliverability, security and performance. As part of this process, your email password has been changed to a temporary password, which has been provided to your manager, who will share it with you.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to access your Webmail, change your temporary password, and set up your email on your devices, including setting up an email forwarder, if that's what you prefer.

Step 1: Accessing Webmail

  1. Open your browser and go to the following Webmail URL: https://c1109919.sgvps.net/webmail/
  2. Log in using your email address as the username and the temporary password provided by your manager.
  3. Once logged in, you can access your inbox and other email features.

Step 2: Changing Your Temporary Password

  1. After logging into Webmail, click the 'Login Credentials' in the left-hand column.
  2. Set a new password of your choice. Make sure your new password is strong and secure.
  3. Confirm your new password.
  4. Save your changes.

Step 3: Setting Up Your Email on Devices

To add your email account to your phone, tablet, or computer, follow these steps:

  1. Open your device's email app or settings to add a new email account. (If you already have the old email account set up on your device, you may need to remove the account first and then re-add it with the new settings.)
  2. Input the following email settings:
    • Username: Your full email address (e.g., john@example.com)
    • Password: Your new password (or temporary password if you haven't changed it yet)
    • Incoming Server: c1109919.sgvps.net
    • IMAP Port: 993
    • Outgoing Server: c1109919.sgvps.net
    • SMTP Port: 465

Authentication is required for both IMAP and SMTP.

Step 4: Setting Up Email Forwarders

If you need your emails forwarded to an alternate email address, follow these steps:

  1. After logging into Webmail, click the 'Forwarders' in the left-hand column.
  2. Click on 'Create' and set up your 'Forward'.
